I have to say buying a home and moving in a 2 month period during the holiday season was beyond stressful. Dot Fleshman was there for me every step of the way and then some. She guided me and always took my calls - day and night. She walked me through the loan process, supplied boxes to me for the move and she even brought over food during the move. She blew me away. She truly cares for her clients and goes above and beyond. It’s hard to find that level of customer service today. The process is not for the weiry. In my case, Dot was beyond determined to find me my dream home, and she did. Dot provided multiple moving boxes and packing tape for me. After my closing,
she gave me multiple gifts. One of which was a beautiful box of homemade (by Dot), beautifully decorated shortbread cookies
that coordinated with the season. I thought she bought them at a fancy bakery! On moving day, Dot bought and delivered lunch for me and all four of my movers so we wouldn't get "hangry!!!"

This is the third house I've bought, and I've never experienced or even heard about a realtor more dedicated and generous than Dot Fleshman. She gave me a huge basket of Cardinal Baseball fan paraphernalia. She stuffed everything in that basket from Cardinal earrings to a Big wooden Cardinal fan sign! Dot even organized a photo shoot at closing, with props. I love her fancy mailer she sends out filled with recipes and household tips
